ARBOR HEIGHTS T-SHIRTS
Friday, November 20, 1998, is the last day to get your Arbor Heights T-Shirts orders in to the office. Please send your order form and money in to the office tomorrow. The T-Shirts should be here in 3 weeks.

A.M. Kindergartners - No School Until 11/30/98
Reminder to parents of A.M. Kindergarten Parents: Due to the conference schedule your children will not be coming to school tomorrow. They will return at their regular starting time on Monday, November 30th. P.M. Kindergartners will be here tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

PARKING REMINDERS
Be kind to our neighbors! We are getting a number of complaints from neighbors stating they are unable to leave or enter their homes during school hours because of cars blocking their driveways. Please also be aware of the safety of our patrol members, parking too close to the crosswalks is dangerous as the students have to step out on the street to see if there are cars coming. Parking enforcement officers will be monitoring before and after school to ensure our students are safe.

COATS
Some of our kids have been coming to school without coats. It's been very cold on some mornings and we don t allow kids on the playground at recess without a coat if the temperature is low. Please send them to school each day in appropriate clothing and a jacket during the winter months. Thank you.

FREE BOOKS FOR FAMILY READ-ALOUD
During the last half of November and all of December our PTSA is supporting a Read-Aloud family time. During Conferences parents will get a Read-Aloud Calendar. This calendar is good for two new paperback books, the first one you can choose after your conference (this book is provided by our Book Fair profits); the second book, after you have read to your child for 20 days (this book is provided by our PTSA). This time of year when we think of giving gifts, give your child the gift of sharing a book together.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving Break next week,

Sincerely,
Barry Dorsey
Principal
