April 19 – May 5                    Direct Reading Assessment Testing for Grades K, 1, & 2

April 19 – May 7                    WASL Testing for 4^th Graders
                                            WASL Science (only) for 5^th Graders

May 1                                       Plant Sale Pick up at Arbor Heights School

May 19                                    2 Hour Early Release Day for all Seattle School Students

May 21                                    Grandparents Day at Arbor Heights School – More information will be available at a later date.

Last Chance:
Friday, April 16^th is the last day to order Young Author’s T-Shirts.  There is an order form attached to this bulletin.  If you are interested in purchasing a t-shirt, please fill out the form and return to the office.

Mrs. Jackie Keegan Office Assistant/Playground Supervisor:
    As many of you may already know, Mrs. Keegan has been out since before Winter Break on a medical leave.  She thought she would be back to work by this time but circumstances have prevented her return until at least the start of the Sept. 2004 school year.
    I know many of you have expressed an interest in wishing her well via cards, notes and/or phone calls.  Please send any cards and/or notes to the Main Office and we will see that they get delivered to her home.
    Jackie has been an integral part of Arbor Heights School for over 20 years.  She has touched the hearts of countless students and parents during those years.  She is a dedicated, compassionate person who nurtures and cares for each student that she has come in contact with here in the Arbor Heights Community. 

P.T.S.A. Plant Fundraiser:
The last day to turn in all pre-sale plant orders is Friday, April 16^th.  We have order forms in the Main Office.
